Rome by Aaron Fine?

This Rome poster image is done in the a style reminiscent of the Aaron Fine posters from the late 50s. That said, this one doesn't really fit the exceptional Fine work, plus the font, logo and tagline are inconsistent with the style of the day. Further, this poster is found online in two version, with the policeman and colloseum flipping sides.
